This hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the location is fantastic - it's close to the railway station and conveniently situated near bus stops, making it really easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the Kotlyarevsky museum. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. I particularly loved having a balcony in my room, it was a nice touch.

You can even walk to the city beach. the staff is very accommodating and helpful, even though they don't speak much English. They made an effort to communicate and give me useful tips about the area. the sauna was one of the best parts of my stay. It was very relaxing and comfortable.

The hotel lacks hot water. It is only available twice a day for a limited time, and it was disappointing not to have it at all times.
